Die chronische GVHD ist eine häufige Komplikation nach allogener hämatopoetischer Stammzelltransplantation. In dieser Arbeit werden die Effektivität und das Nebenwirkungsprofil von Everolimus, einem mTOR-Inhibitor beschrieben.

Translation of the abstract (English)

The chronic Graft-versus-host disease is a severe complication after allogenic hematopoetic stemm cell transplantation.

In this retrospektive analysis, the effectiveness and side effects of Everolimus in treatment of chronic GVHD are described.
