Abstract

Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis L.) is a perennial herb with an intensive arom. flavor. Its most important chem. constituents are essential oils (e.g., 1,8-cineole and camphor) and antioxidants (e.g., carnosic acid and rosmarinic acid).
