The dissertation at hand aims at investigating three different research questions on infrastructure investments. More precisely, it provides first empirical evidence on the inflation hedging characteristics, the influence of Solvency II on infrastructure investments and the pricing of listed infrastructure companies.
Die vorliegende Dissertation untersucht drei verschiedene Forschungsfragen bezüglich Infrastrukturinvestitionen. Genauer gesagt werden erste empirische Beweise hinsichtlich der Inflationsschutzeigenschaften, des Einflußes der Solvency II Richtlinie auf Infrastrukturinvestitionen und die Bepreisung von börsennotierten Infrastrukturunternehmen angeführt.

Die vorliegende Dissertation untersucht drei verschiedene Forschungsfragen bezüglich Infrastrukturinvestitionen. Genauer gesagt werden erste empirische Beweise hinsichtlich der Inflationsschutzeigenschaften, des Einflußes der Solvency II Richtlinie auf Infrastrukturinvestitionen und die Bepreisung von börsennotierten Infrastrukturunternehmen angeführt.
