Abstract (German)

Ziel dieser Arbeit war es, die Aussagekraft von Laborparametern in der kolorektalen
Insuffizienzdiagnostik zu untersuchen und Unterschiede ihres Verlaufs in Bezug auf
den gewählten Zugangsweg zu eruieren. Weiterhin sollte analysiert werden, inwiefern
die Grunddiagnose Einfluss auf den Verlauf laborchemischer Parameter nimmt und der
Zusammenhang der Diagnose zu Einflussfaktoren der Insuffizienzentstehung
herausgearbeitet werden.

Translation of the abstract (English)

The aim of this study was to examinate the relevance of laboratory parameters for the detection of anastomotic leakage in colorectal surgery as well as to discover a possible correlation between fluctuations in their course and the surgical approach.
Furthermore we examined the influence of primary diagnosis on the course of laboratory parameters and the aimed to show the correlation between diagnosis and influencing factors on anastomotic leakage.
