Abstract
Non-equilibrium physics of random events, or fluctuations, is a unique fingerprint of a given system. Here we demonstrate that in non-interacting systems with dynamics driven essentially by Majorana states the effective charge e*, characterizing the electric current fluctuations, is fractional.
