Abstract (English)

In the framework of this thesis, two- and three-dimensional topological insulators (TI) are investigated with opto-electronic effects in the terahertz range. It is demonstrated that in both cases, photogalvanic effects can be utilized for the detection and the analysis of Dirac fermion states. Im Rahmen dieser Arbeit werden zwei- und dreidimensionale topologische Isolatoren (TI) mit optoelektronischen Effekten im Terahertzbereich untersucht. Dabei wird gezeigt, dass in beiden Fällen der photogalvanische Effekt für den Nachweis als auch für die Analyse von Dirac-Fermionen genutzt werden kann.
