Translation of the abstract (English)

In the murine fullmismatch-model of allogeneic bone marrow transplantation H2-b --> H2-d GVHD ensues the selective depletion of host-derived CD4+CD25+foxp3+ regulatory T-cells (Tregs) after complete engraftment of the graft hematopoesis, as confirmed by clinical, histological, transcriptional (qRT-PCR) and flow-cytometric findings in classic GVHD target organs, predominantly in the intestine. ...
