Retrospektive Datenanalyse von 153 Patientinnen mit PCOS, die sich einer ART unterzogen. Es wird besonderes Augenmerk auf den Glukosestoffwechsel prä-, peri- und postkonzeptionell gelegt, zudem die Rate an Gestationsdiabetes ermittelt. Retrospektive Datenanalyse von 153 Patientinnen mit PCOS, die sich einer ART unterzogen. Es wird besonderes Augenmerk auf den Glukosestoffwechsel prä-, peri- und postkonzeptionell gelegt, zudem die Rate an Gestationsdiabetes ermittelt.
Es zeigt sich eine präkonzeptionelle Glukosestoffwechselstörungsrate von 11,2 %, eine präkonzeptionelle Insulinresistenzrate von 53,9 %. Die Gestationsdiabetesrate liegt bei 50 %, davon können 91,5 % bereits in den ersten 4 Wochen der Schwangerschaft festgestellt werden.
Eine präkonzeptionelle Therapie mit Metformin zeigt eine Verbesserung von Schwangerschafts- und Abortrate.

Retrospective data analysis of 153 patients with PCOS undergoing ART. Special attention is paid to the glucose metabolism pre-, peri- and postconceptual and the rate of gestational diabetes. It shows a preconceptional glucose metabolic disorder rate of 11.2 %, a preconceptional insulin resistance rate of 53.9 %. Retrospective data analysis of 153 patients with PCOS undergoing ART. Special attention is paid to the glucose metabolism pre-, peri- and postconceptual and the rate of gestational diabetes.
It shows a preconceptional glucose metabolic disorder rate of 11.2 %, a preconceptional insulin resistance rate of 53.9 %. The gestational diabetes rate is 50 %, of which 91.5 % can be detected in the first 4 weeks of pregnancy.
A preconceptional therapy with metformin shows an improvement of the pregnancy and reduction of the abortion rate.
