Abstract (German)

Ziel dieser Arbeit war es, den Einfluss des emotionalen Zustandes des Probanden auf die vorbewusste akustische Reizdiskriminierung, verbildlicht in der Mismatch Negativity (MMN), zu untersuchen. Hierzu wurde im Rahmen eines zwei-Ton-Paradigmas eine MMN erfasst, zeitgleich erfolgte die Induktion der emotionalen Zustände über die Präsentation von Bildern des IAPS. Letztere ergaben über die Einteilung nach Wertigkeit in drei Bildblöcke, neutral, angenehm, unangenehm, die jeweiligen Untersuchungsbedingungen. Zusätzlich wurden währenddessen die Herzrate und die Pulstransitzeit als Ausdruck einer vegetativen Begleitreaktion gemessen.
Die Ergebnisse zeigen keine signifikante Beeinflussung der Größe der MMN in einzelnen Untersuchungsbedingungen. Somit wird für diese Untersuchung davon ausgegangen, dass die präattentive, akustische Reizdiskrimination trotz der über das IAPS induzierten emotionalen Zustände weder beeinträchtigt noch verstärkt war.

The aim of this work was to investigate the influence of the emotional state of the subject on the preattentive acoustic chance detection, measured as mismatch negativity (MMN). For this purpose, the MMN was recorded in a paradigm using two tones, while at the same time the induction of the emotional states was carried out via the presentation of images of the IAPS. The latter were presented in three blocks according to the valence of the pictures, creating the investigation conditions neutral, pleasant and unpleasant. In addition, heart rate and pulse transit time were measured to classify the vegetative reaction.
The results do not show a significant influence on the size of MMN in the respective investigation conditions. Thus, for this study it is assumed that the preattentive, acoustic chance discrimination was neither impaired nor intensified despite the emotional states induced by the IAPS.
