Abstract (German)
Die Arbeit befasst sich mit der Synthese und Charakterisierung von einkristallinen Verbindungen in sechs unterschiedlichen Forschungsgebieten. Ihnen allen gemein ist das für die Präparationen verwendete Lösungsmittel flüssiges Ammoniak.
Im Themenbereich der Acetylide konnten Struktur-bekannte und neue Verbindungen aus Umsetzungen von A3E7 Zintlphasen (A= K, Rb; E= P, As) und Phenylacetylenderivaten sowie aus Reaktionen von Hydrogenacetyliden oder Dialkalimetallacetyliden mit den Metallorganylen ZnPh2, CdPh2 und InPh3 gewonnen werden.
Das trigonal bipyramidale Pentagermanid Ge5(2-) wurde erstmals in Kristallstrukturen charakterisiert, in denen die Kationen als [18]Krone-6-Chelatkomplexe vorliegen. In den bislang veröffentlichten Publikationen werden immer nur [2.2.2]crypt-chelatisierte Gegenionen beschrieben.
Verbindungen mit den Strukturmotiven E15M, E14M, E7MPhx und E14M2, wobei M für Zink, Cadmium, Indium oder Gold und E für Phosphor, Arsen, Antimon oder einer Mischbesetzung von Bismut und Zinn stehen, konnten in Reaktionen zwischen Gruppe 15 Zintlphasen und Metallorganylen oder AuPPh3Cl dargestellt werden.
Umsetzungen von metallischen Bismutphasen mit der allgemeinen Summenformel A5Bi4 (A= K, Rb, Cs) mit und ohne heteroleptische Übergangsmetallkomplexe des Chroms, Molybdäns und Eisens führten einerseits zu Verbindungen, in denen unendliche, eindimensionale 4(1)-helikale Bismutid-Ketten oder isolierte Bi2(2-)-Hanteln vorliegen, oder andererseits zu Klavierhocker-Komplexen mit cyclischen Bi3-Liganden, trigonal bipyramidalen Bi3Cr2(CO)6-Clustern mit ozon-ähnlichen Bi3-Fragmenten oder tetraedrisch aufgebauten Bi2Fe2(CO)6-Anionen.
Im Themengebiet der Carbonylmetallate konnten durch direkte Reduktionen der Hexacarbonyle M(CO)6 (M= Cr, Mo, W) oder heteroleptischer Carbonylkomplexe mit reinen Alkalimetallen oder metallischen Bismutphasen neue Verbindungen synthetisiert werden. Neben den einkernigen Pentacarbonylaten M(CO)5(2-) mit unterschiedlich stark verzerrten Geometrien (trigonale Bipyramide/quadratische Pyramide) gelang auch die Darstellung von verbrückten Di- und Tetrameren mit Carbonyl-, Hydroxido-, Amido- oder Amminliganden.
Aus vielen der genannten Umsetzungen konnten als Nebenprodukte Polyanionen des Phosphors, Arsens oder Antimons isoliert werden, die teilweise protoniert waren. Dazu gehören die Spezies HE7(2-), E7(3-), E11(3-), E14(4-) und E4(2-).

This thesis deals with the synthesis and characterization of single-crystal compounds in six different research fields. Common to all of them is the use of liquid ammonia as a solvent for the preparations.
In the area of acetylides, novel compounds with new and known structural motifs, could be obtained from reactions between A3E7 Zintl phases (A = K, Rb; E = P, As) and phenylacetylene derivatives as well as from reactions of hydrogen acetylides or dialkalimetal acetylides with the metal organyls ZnPh2, CdPh2 and InPh3.
The trigonal bipyramidal pentagermanide Ge5(2-) was for the first time characterized in crystal structures in which the cations exist as [18]crown-6 chelating complexes. In the publications released so far, only [2.2.2] crypt-chelated counterions are described.
Compounds with the structural motifs E15M, E14M, E7MPhx and E14M2, where M stands for zinc, cadmium, indium or gold and E for phosphorus, arsenic, antimony or a mixture of bismuth and tin, could be found in reactions between group 15 Zintl phases and metal organyls or AuPPh3Cl.
Reactions of metallic bismuth phases with the general formula A5Bi4 (A = K, Rb, Cs) with and without transition metal complexes of chromium, molybdenum and iron led on the one hand to compounds in which infinite, one-dimensional, 4(1)-helical bismuthide chains or isolated Bi2(2-) dumbbells are present, or on the other hand to piano stool complexes with cyclic Bi3 ligands, trigonal bipyramidal Bi3Cr2(CO)6 clusters with ozone-like Bi3 fragments or tetrahedral Bi2Fe2(CO)6 anions.
In the field of carbonyl metallates, new compounds were synthesized by direct reductions of the hexacarbonyls M(CO)6 (M = Cr, Mo, W) or heteroleptic carbonyl complexes with alkali metals or metallic bismuth phases. In addition to the mononuclear pentacarbonylates M(CO)5(2-) with differently distorted geometries (trigonal bipyramid / square pyramid), bridged di- and tetramers with carbonyl, hydroxido, amido, or amine ligands were also produced.
Polyanions of phosphorus, arsenic or antimony were isolated as by-products from many of the above mentioned reactions, some of them partially protonated. These include the species HE7(2-), E7(3-), E11(3-), E14(4-) and E4(2-).
