Translation of the abstract (English)

This work highlights the usefulness of visible light mediated photocatalysis on two projects, one investigating decarboxylation, the other an endoperoxide synthesis, leading to the synthesis of biologically active molecules. Previously unknown endoperoxides produced via an oxygenation were tested for their activity against malaria pathogens.
