Abstract (English)

In this work, adenovirus-mimetic nanoparticles with a sequential target cell recognition were manufactured to treat renal mesangial cells in diabetic nephropathy via cell-specific delivery of anti-fibrotic agent cinaciguat.

Translation of the abstract (German)

In dieser Arbeit wurden Adenovirus-mimetische Nanopartikel mit einem sequenziellen Erkennungsprinzip für renale Mesangialzellen hergestellt. Ziel war es dabei, den antifibrotischen Wirkstoff Cinaciguat zielgerichtet zu Mesangialzellen zu transportieren, um diese im Rahmen der Diabetischen Nephropathie zu therapieren.
