Abstract

Prostaglandin E-2 (PGE(2)) signaling is known to modulate inflammation and vascular resistance. Receptors of PGE(2) [E-type prostanoid receptors (EP)] might be an attractive pharmacological target in immune-mediated diseases such as glomerulonephritis.
