Diese Studie zeigt, dass bei der Nachbehandlung von Fußverletzungen beziehungsweise von Operationen am Fuß und Sprunggelenk bereits teilweise sehr einheitliche Tendenzen bestehen. Es fielen aber zum Teil deutliche Unterschiede zwischen Klinikalltag und Literatur auf. Translation of the abstract (English)
This study shows, that in the aftercare treatment of foot injuries or in the postoperative treatment of ankle and foot surgery there are already partly very uniformly tendencies. Partly big discrepancies between clinical work and literature were recognizable. For the future there should be more studies with high patient case numbers to set up uniform standards on an evidence basis. Afterwards a transfer of these new standards into the clinical work needs to be done.
