Abstract

Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) is the only curative treatment option for many malignant high-risk hematological diseases. The Graft-vs.-Tumor (GvT) effect is the major hallmark of this treatment approach. However, disease relapse remains a major limitation.
