Hepatoblastoma (HB) is the most common pediatric liver tumor. Though Wnt/beta-catenin and Hippo cascades are implicated in HB development, studies on crosstalk between beta-catenin and Hippo downstream effector transcriptional coactivator with PDZ-binding motif (TAZ) in HB are lacking.
