Abstract

Perivascular epithelioid cell neoplasms (PEComas) are a family of mesenchymal neoplasms with features of both melanotic and smooth muscle differentiation. PEComa morphology is highly variable and encompasses epithelioid to spindle cells often with clear cytoplasm and prominent nucleoli.
