Abstract (German)
Ziel dieser Arbeit ist zu zeigen, dass die modifizierte LIFT (ligation of intersphincteric fistula tract) - Operation bei Patienten mit hohen transsphinktären Analfisteln eine vielversprechende Methode in der Behandlung ist.
Es erfolgt die Erfassung der Rezidiv-Rate und der Kontinenz-Leistung nach LIFT-Op.
Translation of the abstract (English)
The aim of this work is to show that the modified LIFT (ligation of intersphincteric fistula tract) operation is a very promising method of treatment for patients with high transsphincteric anal fistulas. The recurrence rate and continence performance after LIFT-Op were recorded.
