We report on the first pulmonary embolism treatment via the large-bore aspiration mechanical thrombectomy device (Inari FlowTriever (R)) outside the USA, in a resuscitated patient on veno-arterial extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (VA-ECMO) suffering from severe and acute right heart failure.
