Abstract (German)

Diese Arbeit konnte zeigen, dass die chemische Stabilität von Opioid Mischungen mit Ketamin und/oder Midazolam, wie in unserer Versuchsanordnung dargestellt, als zweifach oder dreifach Mischung über 3 beziehungsweise 6 Tage bestanden hat. Die Hochleistungsfüssigkeitschromatographie zeigte sich dabei als zuverlässige und effektive Methode zur Stabilitätstestung.

Translation of the abstract (English)

This work was able to show that the chemical stability of opioid mixtures with ketamine and/or midazolam, as presented in our experimental set-up, as a twofold or threefold mixture persisted for 3 and 6 days, respectively. The high performance liquid chromatography proved to be a reliable and effective method for
effective method for stability testing.
