Abstract (German)

Durch die Einführung der 3-D-Clipmarkierung zeigt sich in diesem Kollektiv eine Vergrößerung des absoluten und des relativen SIB-Volumens ohne dass ein Unterschied im Volumen PTV vorliegt. Ob es durch die Clipmarkierung zu einer Überschätzung des Tumorbettes kommt oder ohne Clipmarkierung eine regelhafte Unterschätzung des Tumorbettes stattfand, ist im Rahmen dieser Planungsstudie nicht beantwortbar, jedoch zeigt sich in einem Kollektiv mit gleichbleibenden konturierenden Strahlentherapeuten ein signifikanter Unterschied. Dies stützt die in der S3-LL Mammakarzinom ausgesprochene Empfehlung zur Clipmarkierung, die bislang noch nicht an allen operativen gynäkologischen Kliniken umgesetzt wird. Onkologische Ergebnisse wurden in dieser Arbeit nicht ausgewertet.

Following the initialisation of 3-D clipping, an increasement of the absolute and relative SIB volumina without change concerning the PTV could be shown. Whether there is an overestimation of the tumor bed due to clipping or there is an underestimation without clipping is not answered in this planning observation. Translation of the abstract (English)

Following the initialisation of 3-D clipping, an increasement of the absolute and relative SIB volumina without change concerning the PTV could be shown. Whether there is an overestimation of the tumor bed due to clipping or there is an underestimation without clipping is not answered in this planning observation. There is a significant difference in between the same radiation oncologists that were responsible for the delineation. This supports the recommendation of the S3 guideline for breast cancer to clip the tumor bed, which is so far not standard in all gynaecological clinics. Oncological outcomes were not analysed in this study.
