Abstract (German)
Diese Arbeit befasst sich mit der Untersuchung von NHC-stabilisierten Radikalen im Rahmen von organokatalysierten Reaktionen, die mit dem Breslow-Intermediat in Verbindung stehen. Der Schwerpunkt bildet die Identifizierung der Radikalvorläufer und der radikalischen Intermediate mithilfe von spektroskopischen sowie computerchemischen Methoden. Damit sollen Prozesse entwickelt werden, um stabilisierte Radikale gezielt zu erzeugen, beispielsweise durch Photoredoxkatalyse.
Translation of the abstract (English)
This work deals with the investigation of NHC-stabilised radicals in the context of organocatalysed reactions associated with the Breslow intermediate. The focus is on the identification of radical precursors and radical intermediates using spectroscopic and computational chemistry methods. This will be used to develop processes to generate stabilised radicals in a targeted manner, for example by photoredox catalysis.
