Abstract (German)
Vergleich verschiedener endodontischer Spüllösungen, sowie von Calciumhydroxid und verschiedener Wurzelkanaldurchmesser auf die Freisetzung von Dentinmatrixproteinen. Die Quantifizierung der freigesetzten Proteine geschah mittels TGF-ß1 Sandwich-ELISA.
Zusätzliche Erforschung ob Proben mit gelöstem TGF-ß1 mittels Zentrifugation effizient aufkonzentriert werden können.
Aus den Ergebnissen der Versuche wurde ein Protokoll zur Chairside-Isolierung von Dentinmatrixproteinen erarbeitet.
Translation of the abstract (English)
Comparison of various endodontic irrigants, calcium hydroxide and different root canal diameters in regards of their dentin matrix protein release. The solved proteins got quantitated through a TGF-ß1 sandwich ELISA.
Further there was an experiment in which solved TGF-ß1 got centrifuged to see if this is a viable procedure for fast and efficient concentration.
From the results a protocol for the chairside-isolation of dentin matrix proteins was developed.
