Purpose: Peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL) is a rare and heterogenous hematologic malignancy with poor prognosis especially in elderly and frail patients who are not eligible for intensive treatment. The resulting palliative setting necessitates tolerable but effective schedules for outpatient treatment.
