Trotz wachsender Kenntnisse über den prognostischen Stellenwert der Lokalisation kolorektaler Karzinomen, ist der Einfluss der Lage des Primarius auf die Ausbildung pulmonaler Metastasen und Auswirkung auf das Überleben weitgehend ungeklärt.

Translation of the abstract (English)

Despite growing knowledge of the prognostic value of colorectal cancer location, the influence of the location of the primarius on the formation of pulmonary metastases andimpact on survival remains largely unresolved.
