Abstract

Background and Aims Mothers against decapentaplegic homolog (SMAD) 7 is an antagonist of TGF-beta signaling. In the present investigation, we sought to determine the relevance of SMAD7 in liver carcinogenesis using in vitro and in vivo approaches.
