Im Rahmen eines transdisziplinären Digitalisierungsprojekts der Justiz („Strukturvorgaben für den Parteivortrag“) wird aktuell eine prototypische Anwendung des sogenannten Basisdokuments erprobt. Die Erprobung findet in Form eines Reallabors statt. In dieser Arbeit wurde untersucht, wie Evaluationsmethoden der Mensch-Maschine-Interaktion auf die Situation im Reallabor angewandt werden können. Dafür wurde im ersten Schritt das Forschungsprojekt formal (zwischen-)evaluiert, die Wahrnehmung des Basisdokuments in der juristischen Fachwelt analysiert und die Methode Reallabor untersucht und eingeordnet. Im zweiten Schritt wurde der Forschungsstand von Evaluationsmethoden der Mensch-Maschine-Interaktion aufgearbeitet und deren Anwendung auf das Reallabor mit seinen spezifischen Rahmenbedingungen analysiert. Daraus wird einerseits eine konkrete Empfehlung für die Evaluation des Basisdokument-Reallabors erarbeitet und diskutiert, andererseits soll die erarbeitete Analyse der Evaluationsmethoden auch für andere Reallabore eine Orientierungshilfe darstellen. Dazu dient der erstellte Kriterienkatalog, die Sammlung von Evaluationsmethoden und eine Übersicht über die Eignung der Methoden zur Anwendung im Reallabor.

A prototype application of the so-called "Basisdokument" is currently being tested as part of a transdisciplinary digitization project of the german judiciary. Testing is taking place in the form of a regulatory sandbox. This work investigated how evaluation methods of human-computer interaction can be applied to the situation in the regulatory sandbox. In the first step, we conducted a (preliminary) evaluation of the research project, analyzed the perception of the "Basisdokument" in the legal community and examined the regulatory sandbox method. In the second step, we reviewed the state of research on evaluation methods of human-computer interaction and analyzed their application to the regulatory sandbox situation with its specific conditions. On the one hand, a concrete recommendation for the evaluation of the "Basisdokument" regulatory sandbox will be developed and discussed; on the other hand, the analysis of the evaluation methods developed should also provide guidance for other real-world laboratories. The catalog of criteria, the collection of evaluation methods and an overview of the suitability of the methods for use in the regulatory sandbox serve this purpose.
