Abstract

In this video, we describe a method for ex vivo perfusion of the mouse adrenal gland with the aim of investigating the pathophysiology of aldosterone secretion. This new technique preserves the anatomical and functional context of the mouse adrenal cortex and allows for much better defined experimental conditions compared to studies in living animals.
