To investigate the relationship between the development of cholangiocarcinoma and the activity of YAP1, WWTR1, and the effectors of glutamine metabolism, the expression of these mediators was compared in human tumor and healthy liver tissue, and the effect of silencing YAP1 and WWTR1 was examined.
