Abstract

In the present study, polycaprolactone tricalcium phosphate (PCL/TCP) scaffolds with two different fibre laydown patterns, which were coated with hydroxyapatite and gelatine, were used as an approach for optimizing bone regeneration in a critical-sized calvarial defect.
