Abstract

The thermal decomposition of poly(beta,L-malic acid), poly(alpha-methyl beta,L-malate), and ionic complexes of the polyacid with alkyltrimethylammonium salts was studied by TGA, GPC, and FTIR and NMR spectroscopy.
