Abstract

The absorption and emission behaviour of flavin mononucleotide (FMN) in the wild-type light, oxygen and voltage-sensitive (LOV) domain LOV2 of the photoreceptor phot from the green alga Chlamydomonas reinhardtii is studied at pH 8.
