In this study, the image-based biomarkers of 670 FDG-PET/CTs of patients with aggressive NHL from the OPTIMAL>60 study population were analyzed. In this context, the influence of FDG distribution time, lymphoma burden and metabolic status on the image-based biomarkers of the blood pool, liver and lymphoma manifestations were investigated. In addition, site effects on the image-based biomarkers were investigated. In addition, site differences regarding the PET/CT-associated parameters patient weight, activity dose and FDG distribution time were analyzed. The IPI risk group comparison was used to test the prognostic value of the image-based biomarkers.
