Abstract (German)

Dargestellt wurden enantiomerenreine 1,1´-Binaphthylverbindungen mit unterschiedlichen Substituenten in 2- und 2´-Position. Durch Schiff-Basenkondensation von 2-Amino-2´-methoxy-1,1´-binaphthyl ((S)-NOMBIN) oder 2-Amino-2´-hydroxy-1,1´-binaphthyl ((S)-NOBIN) mit den Aldehyden Salicylaldehyd, 2-Pyridinaldehyd und 2-(Formylphenyl)diphenylphosphan wurden unterschiedliche zwei- und dreizähnige Liganden erhalten. Die Umsetzung dieser Verbindungen mit [Ru(cymol)Cl2]2 führt zu pseudo-tetraedrischen am Metall chiralen Komplexen. Diese Koordinationsverbindungen wurden charakterisiert und eine Labilität der Metallkonfiguration in Lösung beobachtet. Die dargestellten Verbindungen wurden in der enantioselektiven Hydrosilylierung und Transferhydrierung von Acetophenon und der enantioselektiven Diels-Alder-Reaktion von Methacrolein und Cyclopentadien untersucht. Aus (S)-NOBIN und 2-Pyridinaldehyd wurde ein Ligand erhalten, der mit [Ru(PPh3)3Cl2] einen sehr selektiven Katalysator für die enantioselektive Transferhydrierung von Acetophenon ergibt. Es wird bei einem Umsatz von 94 eine Enantioselektivität von 97 ee erzielt.

A variety of 1,1´-binaphthyl derivatives with different substituents in 2- and 2´-position were synthesized. Different types of ligands are obtained by the reaction of 2-amino-2´methoxy-1,1´-binaphthyl ((S)-NOMBIN) or 2-amino-2´-hydroxy-1,1´-binaphthyl ((S)-NOBIN) with salicylaldehyde, 2-pyridinecarbaldehyde and 2-formylphenyl(diphenyl)phosphine. Translation of the abstract (English)

A variety of 1,1´-binaphthyl derivatives with different substituents in 2- and 2´-position were synthesized. Different types of ligands are obtained by the reaction of 2-amino-2´methoxy-1,1´-binaphthyl ((S)-NOMBIN) or 2-amino-2´-hydroxy-1,1´-binaphthyl ((S)-NOBIN) with salicylaldehyde, 2-pyridinecarbaldehyde and 2-formylphenyl(diphenyl)phosphine. Complexes with a chiral metal atom are formed with this compounds and [Ru(cymene)Cl2]2. These compounds show a lability of the metal configuration in solution. The synthesized compounds were tested in enantioselective hydrosilylation and transfer hydrogenation of acetophenone and Diels-Alder reaction of methacrolein and cyclopentadiene. From (S)-NOBIN and 2-pyridinecarbaldehyde a ligand is obtained, that forms with [Ru(PPh3)3Cl2] a selective catalyst for the enantioselective transfer hydrogenation of acetophenone in 2-propanol. This catalyst achieves a yield of up to 94 and an enantioselectivity of 97 ee.
