Grundgedanke der vorliegenden Arbeit ist es nun, in einer Substanz zwei Therapieansätze miteinander zu verbinden. Dabei soll das Porhyrinsystem in Carboplatin-artige Komplexe eingeführt werden. Mit diesen Porphyrinplatin-Komplexen wird versucht, die zytostatische Aktivität des Carboplatin-artigen Komplexes mit der photodynamischen Aktivität des Porphyringerüsts zu kombinieren. Translation of the abstract (English)

The basic intention of this thesis is to combine two approaches towards cancer therapy, the photodynamic and cytostatic therapy. The idea is to introduce a porphyrinsystem into carboplatin-like complexes in order to combine the cytostatic activity of the carboplatin fragment with the photodynamic activity of the porphyrin system.
