Abstract (English)

This thesis is focused on electronic transport properties of multiwall carbon nanotubes. To study those properties experimentally, single nanotubes have been placed on an oxidized Al backgate electrode, which provides a strong electrostatic coupling. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Dissertation war die Untersuchung von elektronischen Transporteigenschaften von mehrwandigen Kohlenstoff-Nanoröhren.
