Die Arbeit beschreibt die Arbeitsweise von Prof. Dr. Ulrich Huber und seine Konzeption des Leistungsstörungsrecht. Der Schwerpunkt der Arbeit liegt dabei auf der Untersuchung rechtshistorischer Quellen und systematischer Zusammenhänge.
