Abstract (German)
Bei der vergleichenden retrospektiven Arbeit geht es um die Kombination der Hautersatz-Matrix mit der Vakuumtherapie. Diese Simultantherapie diskutiert eine Steigerung der Effizienz des Wundverschlusses gegenüber der konventionellen Verbandstherapie von Wunddefekten. Dabei stehen die Hautqualität, die Zeitersparnis und die Kosteneffizienz im Vordergrund.
Translation of the abstract (English)
This retrospective study shows the combination of Integra® as a dermal substitute and the Vacuum-therapy. This simultaneous therapy discusses
a progression of the efficiency of the woundclosure compared with the conventional woundtreatment. The main things are the skinquality, the economy of time and the efficiency of costs.
