Im Rahmen dieser Dissertation sollte die Rolle und Regulation des Zelloberflächenmoleküls Integrin alpha10 bei der Entstehung und Progression des malignen Melanoms untersucht werden. Within this work the role and regulation of the cell surface molecule integrin alpha10 has been analysed during the development and progression of malignant melanoma.
