Abstract (German)

HNPCC, hereditäres nonpolypöses kolorektales Karzinom, folgt einem autosomal dominanten Erbgang. Es sind etwa 2-3% aller kolorektalen Karzinome durch HNPCC bedingt. Mittels den klassischen und den revidierten Bethesda-Kriterien wird der Personenkreis definiert, deren Tumoren auf das Vorliegen einer genomischen Instabilität untersucht werden sollte.
In der vorliegenden Arbeit erfolgte eine statistische Auswertung der klassischen und revidierten Bethesda-Kriterien in Bezug auf klinische, histopathologische und molekularpathologische Parameter. Somit ist ein Vergleich der Signifikanz des jeweiligen Kriteriums zu dem untersuchten Parameter möglich.

Translation of the abstract (English)

HNPCC, hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer, is inherited in an autosomal dominant manner. About 2-3% of all colorectal cancer is caused by HNPCC. The classical and the revised Bethesda guidelines define these persons, whose cancer should be examined for the existence of genomic instability.
This study shows a statistical evaluation of the classical and revised Bethesda guidelines regarding to clinical, histopathological and molecularpathological parameter. So a comparison between the significance of the respective guideline and the examined parameter is possible.
