Die vorliegende Arbeit umfasst die organische Synthese und funktionelle in-vitro-pharmakologische Untersuchung von Derivaten des 5-Carboxamidotryptamin (5-CT) als Liganden an Serotonin(5-Hydroxytryptamin)-Rezeptoren des Subtyps 5-HT7 und 5-HT2A. The present dissertation contains the synthesis and functional in-vitro-pharma-cological investigation of close derivatives of 5-carboxamidotryptamine (5-CT) as ligands at serotonin(5-hydroxytryptamine) 5-HT7 and 5-HT2A receptors.
