Polarized time-resolved emission spectra of highly anisotropic Ba[Pt(CN)₄]•4H₂O single crystal were measured at 295 K, 80 K and 1.7 K. Several localized and delocalized excited states with different time-behavior are observed. At high excitation intensities there are indications of a cooperative exciton effect.
