In der vorliegenden Arbeit wurde der Einfluss von Nahrung auf die Bioverfügbarkeit von verschiedenen Ciclosporin-Formulierungen an gesunden Probanden und Ratten untersucht. Translation of the abstract (English)
In this work the effect of food on the bioavailability of several formulations of cyclosporine was investigated in healthy volunteers and rats. The two generics Cicloral and Cyclosporine Capsules EonLabs seemed to be nearly identical but significantly different from the original product Sandimmun Neoral. In a study in 12 healthy volunteers the application of Cicloral after a high fat meal was not bioequivalent to the application in the fasting state.
