Abstract (English)

This thesis is focused on electronic transport properties of multiwall carbon nanotubes. To study those properties experimentally, single nanotubes have been placed on an oxidized Al backgate electrode, which provides a strong electrostatic coupling. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Dissertation war die Untersuchung von elektronischen Transporteigenschaften von mehrwandigen Kohlenstoff-Nanoröhren. Um diese Transporteigenschaften experimentell zu untersuchen, wurden einzelne Nanoröhren auf eine oxidierte Al-Gate-Elektrode aufgebracht, welche eine starke kapazitative Kopplung zu den Röhren aufwies.
