Tumor-Nekrose-Faktor (TNF) spielt eine wichtige Rolle bei Entzündungen und Immunreaktionen, wobei TNF über zwei membranständige TNF Rezeptoren (TNFR), den TNFR1 (p55TNFR) und den TNFR2 (p75TNFR), wirkt. Translation of the abstract (English)

Tumor necrosis factor (TNF) plays an important role in inflammation and immune responses. The effects of TNF are mediated through two distinct membrane bound receptor molecules with apparent molecular masses of 55 kDa (p55TNFR, TNFR type 1) and 75 kDa (p75TNFR, TNFR type 2), respectively.
