For the case of moderate-to-strong quantum dissipation it is demonstrated that under electric driving the spin ratchet mechanism is present if the periodic potential of an isolated superlattice with Rashba spin-orbit interaction (RSOI) is spatially asymmetric and that the charge ratchet mechanism is absent when the electrons in the superlattice populate only one Bloch band. Für den Bereich mittelstarker bis starker Quantendissipation wird gezeigt, dass bei elektrischem Antrieb ein Spin-Ratchet-Mechanismus existieren kann.
