Im ersten Teil der Arbeit wurde die Darstellung des Phosphinidenkomplexes [Cp*P{Mo(CO)2Cp}2] untersucht. Durch Salzeliminierung aus Cp*PCl2 und Na[Mo(CO)3Cp] wurde der Phosphenkomplex [Cp*(Cl)P{Mo(CO)2Cp}] erzeugt, der durch Reaktionen mit Na[Mo(CO)3Cp] zu [Cp*P{Mo(CO)2Cp}2] regiert. Translation of the abstract (English)

The first part of this thesis explores the preparation of [Cp*P{Mo(CO)2Cp}2] phosphinidene complexes. Through the treatment of Na[Mo(CO)3Cp] with Cp*PCl2 and subsequent elimination of salt the phosphene complex [Cp*(Cl)P{Mo(CO)2Cp}] is realized; further treatment with Na[Mo(CO)3Cp] gives the disubstituted [Cp*P{Mo(CO)2Cp}2] complex.
