Abstract (English)

The eukaryotic ribosome of baker's yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) consists of two subunits, comprised in total of 79 ribosomal proteins (r-proteins) and four different ribosomal RNA (rRNA) species. Das eukaryotische Ribosom der Bäckerhefe (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) besteht aus zwei Untereinheiten, welche aus 79 ribosomalen Proteinen (r-Proteinen) und vier verschiedenen ribosomalen RNA (rRNA) Spezies gebildet werden.
