Abstract
Die quantitative Trennung der drei Antibiotika Bacitracin,
Polymyxin, Neomycinsulf at und der Gentamicin-Bestandteile
mit anschließender selektiver Fluoreszenzmessung nach
Derivatisierung mit Fluram eröffnet eine densitometrische
Bestimmungsmethode für Antibiotika, die eine basische
NH2-Gruppe besitzen. Zersetzungsprodukte mit NH2-Gruppen
lassen sich auf diese Weise sehr empfindlich nachweisen
und bestimmen.
