Connective Tissue Growth Factor (CTGF) is a secreted glycoprotein and a member of the CCN (Cyr61, CTGF, Nov) family. Because of its multi domain structure, CTGF is able to bind to various transmembrane, extracellular matrix (ECM) and signaling proteins and to modulate their functions.
